Costas Inn (4100 Northpoint Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21222) is conveniently located near the Sparrows Point Country Club and is within a relatively short drive from Oriole Park at Camden Yards. It has been a family-owned business since 1971.  Crabs are flown in daily, hand sorted and graded to ensure only the freshest and fullest are available. Zagat rated since 1999, the Inn hosts award winning crab cakes, along with other made-to-order entrees. The Baltimore Business Journal and Baltimore Magazine rates the Coastal Inn with Best Crabs and Best Pit Beef.

Faidley’s (Lexington Market, 203 North Paca St) is what people imagine when they think of an authentic Baltimore crab cake sandwich. Since 1886, the company has been churning out some of the sweetest, tastiest cakes in town from the corner of Lexington Market. Said to have a bit more filler than some of its competitors, Faidley’s opts for flavor over girth, and it succeeds. It’s a can’t miss stop on Baltimore’s crab cake circuit.

Besides great crab places, Baltimore has a diverse mix of restaurants, many of which you will find right downtown and in the Inner Harbor area.
