Cast Your Vote in the ISPE International Board Election
By: Damian Greene, Chair, ISPE International Board of Directors
The 2014 International Board of Directors Election is now underway. As an ISPE Member, you can help shape the future of the Society by voting for representatives to fill open seats on ISPE’s Board. The Board is the ultimate authority for the Society; it establishes the Society’s vision and mission, articulates strategic priorities and ensures that business operations are consistent with ISPE policies, best practices and relevant laws. We count on Members to cast their ballots for the candidates that will best represent the ideas and priorities that are important for ISPE.
As a Board Chair, I have the privilege of serving the ISPE Membership by directing the Society and ensuring its vision is consistent with the current state of the industry. Seeking election to the ISPE Board of Directors comes with considerable responsibility and is never taken lightly by candidates. The candidates on the ballot were initially nominated by ISPE Members and have been vetted by the Board Nominating Committee and Board Officer Nominating Committee through a demanding nomination process.
If you are a current ISPE Member, you should have received an electronic ballot by email from Intelliscan, Inc., our independent outside election partner. If ISPE does not have a valid email address on file or your email address generated an error, you will be mailed a postcard with voting instructions. If you have questions about receiving your ballot, please email Susan Obarski at email@example.com. Please be sure to cast your vote – the election closes at 11:59 PM EDT on 21 August 2014.
On behalf of your ISPE Board of Directors, thank you for being an ISPE Member and thank you for voting.
